• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs through design, development, and market launch across all European OLX classified products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders across Group and business units to ensure work is aligned with the strategic priorities.

Lead planning and execution of AMC 150 initiatives, including the relay, events, and digital campaigns. Coordinate bi-weekly cross-department meetings to align priorities and track progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for project initiatives, maintaining communication with volunteers, partners, and staff.

Manage Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee the solution. Act as a thought leader, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture team. Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.

• Lead projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients to manage complex projects.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and keep detailed project records.

Drive backlog management and feature prioritization across offers. Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, sales, delivery, and Microsoft counterparts to ensure market relevance and client value. Support go-to-market planning, pricing models and pilot execution.
