The Technical CoE AI Program Manager (TPM) drives execution of complex, cross-functional programs that enable autonomous, AI Agent-first implementations at enterprise scale. This role ensures delivery excellence by orchestrating CoE execution, planning, governance, and risk management across engineering, platform, and product BUs, as well as customer delivery teams & external partners (GSI, LLM). The TPM establishes operating rhythms, manages dependencies, and provides decision clarity to accelerate the adoption of autonomous solutions while maintaining operating governance, compliance and executive alignment.

• Lead the strategic development and execution of our core personalization and growth experiences across Headspace offerings.
• Own the roadmap for foundational personalization systems, elevate search and discovery, and set our global languages and localization strategy.
• Drive organic growth inside and outside the app through SEO/ASO, lifecycle and in-product activation, conversion funnel optimization, and content merchandising.

The Project Manager drives project execution and value creation for clients. This role plans and drives project implementation, identifying and managing project scope, goals, and deliverables. It requires identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and priorities.

• Lead cross-functional execution of the Product and Engineering roadmap.
• Translate strategic objectives into a unified, multi-quarter roadmap.
• Establish and maintain scalable operating cadences such as quarterly planning, execution reviews, milestone checkpoints, and retrospectives.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the project management office and supervise the work of the Project Managers.
• Work with local branches to handle the sales and order implementation function of our customers.
• Collaborate closely with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project while resolving problems and minimizing delays.

• Define the product vision and prioritize features for the Blackjack product.
• Drive product development across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.

• Responsible for growing Kraken’s OIR program by owning the product's success, leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Own the overall strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap for the Opt-In Rewards (OIR) product portfolio, driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage projections of sources & uses for OIR products with Treasury to ensure maximum capital efficiency.

• Translate the product vision and strategy into a clear and actionable roadmap.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a product delivery plan, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Responsible for all aspects of project performance and provides overall direction to all project activities and personnel. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

• Own the end-to-end customer journey across evaluation services.
• Define and execute product strategies that improve onboarding and overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a roadmap focused on acquisition conversion, retention, and customer success.
