• Lead day-to-day operations of the project management office and supervise the work of the Project Managers.
• Work with local branches to handle the sales and order implementation function of our customers.

Lead and support design, development, and implementation activities as the project manager. Provide systems expertise with a strong understanding of the vendor marketplace and systems implementations. • Deliver Babble solutions to our customer base, including UCAAS/Unified Comms, Contact Centre, IT/Modern Workplace etc.
• Manage projects on time, within scope and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

• Manage all phases of wireless infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.

• Lead and manage complex oncology clinical trials from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of study objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive excellence across clinical operations.

• The Senior Project Manager coordinates and delivers activities for clinical study projects.
• Serves as the primary point-of-contact to the client.
• Manages the study budget and financial health of assigned studies.
• Develops project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Prepares project status updates and reports on progress to clients.

Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.
