Lead day-to-day operations of the project management office and supervise the work of the Project Managers.
Work with local branches to handle the sales and order implementation function of our customers.
Collaborate closely with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project while resolving problems and minimizing delays.
Lead and support design, development, and implementation activities as the project manager. Provide systems expertise with a strong understanding of the vendor marketplace and systems implementations. Utilize knowledge and experience to lead and provide project management services including developing and maintaining project work plans and schedules.

Facilitate and lead meetings with member firms, banks, the vendor, and the internal team. Set scoping calls and request bank and IT finance system contacts. Provide the finance system file and bank specifications to Fides for analysis and triage feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications as needed to move forward in the service delivery process. Provide support to client after product go-live and monitor any production issues.
