Manage, prioritize, and help lead complex, highly visible multi-year business transformation projects with multiple stakeholders and SME’s. Manage all Hanger Clinic projects and continuous improvement activities requiring extensive collaboration with leaders throughout the organization. Provide leadership and direction to the prioritization of Hanger Clinic activities in line with overarching Hanger priorities.

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will create Program Plans aligned to company OKRs using data from product roadmaps and Jira, track program status, resolve impediments, manage risks, and assist with backlog creation, typically working on programs with team sizes of 10 to 30 and significant new technologies.

Provide strategic project and change management support to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the National Weather Service (NWS). Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope in support of senior executive government leaders. Implement accurate and repeatable program management processes. Facilitate and contribute to strategic planning and milestone development.
