Responsibilities:
- Champion adoption of commercial airline OCC processes, metrics, and workflows across Air Operations Center functional areas.
- Translate operational pain points into user stories and product roadmaps with product teams.
- Monitor KPIs and oversee capacity planning to support surge tasking.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of operational management in commercial airline OCC or dispatch.
- Experience with agile/DevSecOps, product management, and change management preferred.
