Drive a new go-to-market opportunity in retail, transforming customer requirements and insights into actionable plans. Conduct customer research and interviews to uncover operational pain points. Collaborate with Product Owners and technology teams to deliver new features in 2-week sprints.
Lead the strategy and execution of product initiatives for a key lending product, focusing on collections and recoveries for auto loans. Partner with operations, design, and cross-functional teams to build efficient, data-driven solutions that balance customer empathy with business outcomes. Shape product and process improvements, influencing both short-term operations and long-term growth in a rapidly evolving financial services environment.
