As the Product Lead for Formic Cortex, you will build the intelligence layer that transforms frontline operational expertise into scalable processes, software, automation, and AI systems. You'll embed with various teams to capture their decision logic, map their processes, uncover bottlenecks, and translate real-world operations into intelligent systems that drive productivity and reliability. Over time, you’ll shape the engine that automates site evaluation, robot configuration, simulation, validation, and fleet management.

• Define the strategy and roadmap for marketing solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI/ML, and client-facing departments, to embed intelligent automation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Own product vision, drive roadmap execution, and translate complex client needs into actionable, elegant product experiences.

Own the global payments roadmap and strategy, including authorization, routing, retries, tokenization, chargebacks/disputes, and refunds/partial captures. Design, scale, and continuously optimize a multi-PSP platform, implementing smart routing, failover, experimentation frameworks, and performance monitoring. Expand payment methods domestically and internationally, including wallets, local payment options, EBT SNAP, HSA/FSA, and emerging methods.

• Lead the strategy and execution of consumer growth initiatives, building tools and platforms that empower internal teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Define product roadmaps for consumer data systems, attribution, and segmentation, shaping the way the organization engages users.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to improve data quality, reliability, and insight generation.
