Job Description

As Staff Inbound Product Manager, you will drive product strategy for Knowledge Graph and its integration with generative and traditional AI experiences across ServiceNow’s product suite. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to roadmap definition, executing in collaboration with ML research, engineering, UX research, and design partners. The role involves driving customer pilots and working with GTM teams to enhance adoption of Knowledge Graph with clearly defined usage, quality and adoption metrics. You will also partner with other product teams to drive adoption of Knowledge Graph and Generative AI capabilities, as well as developing strategic communication tailored to diverse audiences. Overall, the position offers the opportunity to translate complex problems into customer-loved product features.
