Lead and scale the Product Management organization for our AI-powered, Enterprise GRC platform, co-creating the product strategy and owning the translation of that strategy into clear roadmaps. Manage and grow a team of PMs, evaluate and upgrade the existing org where needed, and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM. Serve as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with top engineers to identify needs and prioritize features.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and apply them to solve real-world problems.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales enablement for core App Engine products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through product journeys.
• Develop technical content and enablement materials articulating the value of App Engine and Generative AI offerings.

Lead AI-focused project delivery, including customer-facing Agentforce implementations. Oversee end-to-end project execution, define use cases, and ensure the adoption of AI technologies. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in an agile environment.

• Build the team and the technical foundation that makes nutrition tracking feel effortless, reliable, and fast.
• Shape the squad's work through technical strategy, data, and strong partnership with the Product Manager.

• Deliver AI expertise and lead an AI team to create amazing experiences for end users.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions for complex client problems, adjusting based on data and feedback.
• Define, monitor, and report client success metrics, improving them over time to grow AI applications.

As the Product Lead for Formic Cortex, you will build the intelligence layer that transforms frontline operational expertise into scalable processes, software, automation, and AI systems. You'll embed with various teams to capture their decision logic, map their processes, uncover bottlenecks, and translate real-world operations into intelligent systems that drive productivity and reliability. Over time, you’ll shape the engine that automates site evaluation, robot configuration, simulation, validation, and fleet management.

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for a high-impact telematics platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and enterprise teams to build API-first products and integrations, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
• Mentor other product managers and translate complex technical challenges into actionable product initiatives within fast-paced environments.

Manage Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee the solution. Act as a thought leader, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture team. Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.

• Architect a global strategy and roadmap for AI-native public sector workflows.
• Work with agency innovators and our partner ecosystem to identify breakthrough AI opportunities.
• Define how success is measured for AI in government.
