This Customer Success Manager role is a critical position on DroneDeploy’s Go-To-Market team. The role is the primary relationship owner and builder with key enterprise customers within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. The goal is ensuring DroneDeploy’s suite of solutions makes a measurable impact on our customers’ projects and businesses, leading to increased adoption, engagement and promotion.

As a key driver of GTM transformation, you will own the design, scaling, and impact of enablement programs focused on embedding AI-powered efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role means revolutionizing our GTM workflows by empowering teams with practical AI applications and innovative learning experiences, leading to tangible gains in productivity, faster onboarding, and more impactful customer engagement.
