The Principal of Pricing & Packaging is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term pricing strategy that will guide the successful launch of new products, new packaging, and pricing strategies. This role drives market competitiveness, profitability, and customer alignment by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer segmentation, while collaborating cross-functionally.

This role is focused on M&A integration efforts related to Mitratech's go-to-market (GTM) teams and strategy, requiring collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Fund Administration Managers, providing expertise on deal structuring, pricing strategies, approval workflows, and discount management. In this role, you will manage complex deal inquiries, optimize processes, and drive efficiencies across our Quote-to-Order operations.
