You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Vanta’s growth and helping our EPD leaders build, develop and retain world-class teams. The PBP team are “quarterbacks” for all People matters for the leaders and managers they support, and deeply involved in the business. You will be functionally embedded with the teams you support, and work with cross-functional stakeholders on their behalf, in order to help them achieve their business outcomes.

As a Director of Engineering, lead a dynamic engineering organization focused on evolving and scaling our Product & Growth platform areas, build reliable & scalable full-stack components and tooling that enable Vanta’s product teams to ship quickly, efficiently, and securely . You will design and build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth in data volume, service usage, and engineering velocity; lead projects across our cloud infrastructure; and implement and maintain core security infrastructure and controls.
