Own solution design and technical architecture of Vanta's Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Lead a team of Salesforce Developers and work closely a team of Salesforce Admins and Product Managers, providing architectural guidance and technical direction
Own the CI/CD and deployment process using Gearset, driving faster release cycles, automation, and improved developer experience
Own the complete lifecycle of features and capabilities from conception through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
Balance strategic roadmap projects with ad hoc business requests, proactively anticipating stakeholder needs and serving as a thought partner in designing scalable solutions
Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, and Sales to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and process designs
Administer global leave of absence programs end-to-end, partnering with regional People teams to ensure compliance, accurate tracking, and a positive employee experience.
Perform ongoing benefits and payroll reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal payroll partners to maintain accurate records.

Maintain strong partnerships and alignment with CSMs to understand customer health, ensure close strategic collaboration and execute harmonious communication to accounts.
Serve as a key advisor to customers, using a blend of 1:1 and 1:many approaches to maximize impact and engagement.
Leverage email campaigns, calls, and a shared inbox to anticipate and address customer needs, ensuring they achieve their security and compliance goals.
Enable customers to become self-sufficient Vanta advocates by guiding them through challenges, value realization, and retention.
