  • Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of Vanta's People tech stack.
  • Design and maintain a coherent systems architecture across the People function, ensuring clean data flows, reliable integrations, and minimal technical debt.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern HRIS solution, establishing a scalable, People Ops-owned system and processes.

US Unlimited PTO

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with our customers via engaging product demonstrations, trials, and other communications
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors that may lead to renewals, expansion, and advocacy

US Unlimited PTO 16w maternity 16w paternity

  • Build and deepen executive relationships with cybersecurity, GRC, and managed services leaders at Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, and other strategic GSIs to establish trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Integrate Vanta's solutions into GSI go-to-market programs and ecosystem initiatives, enrolling Vanta into relevant alliance programs to embed our offerings in partner GTM motions.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for GSI partnerships, establishing near- and long-term milestones that drive measurable business impact—from pipeline influence to sourced revenue.

US North America Unlimited PTO

  • Lead and scale Vanta’s Enterprise sales organization across North America, driving significant revenue growth across large, complex global accounts.
  • Build the long-term enterprise go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, territory design, account planning, and operating models for selling into the world’s largest organizations.
  • Develop and scale a leveraged enterprise go-to-market motion that includes strategic channel partnerships, global system integrators (GSIs), and regional partners to accelerate market penetration and increase deal velocity.
