The Senior Manager is responsible for analyzing current systems and processes to identify potential efficiencies and automation improvements, serving as the subject matter expert for creating custom data visualizations that drive decision-making across Texas Managed public schools.
Support internal and client data needs through training and reporting on Transportation Management System (TMS). Reporting to the Manager of Insight Solutions, leverage technical skills to perform data discovery, build reports and respond to ad hoc data requests across departments. Operate with an investigative mindset, proactively looking out for client's data needs, interpreting trends and suggesting new and innovative ways to keep clients succeeding with TMS.
