Position GiveDirectly’s model within the wider refugee self-reliance landscape. Support GiveDirectly to broaden the funding base for its self-reliance model. This consultancy, funded by the IKEA foundation, will provide policy and technical support to GiveDirectly to achieve its policy and fundraising goals.
This role is evaluating GiveDirectly’s most ambitious program to date, a multi-year research initiative in Malawi, evaluating the impacts of large, one-time cash transfers to individuals in extreme poverty, centered on the largest randomized controlled trial (RCT) ever conducted on unconditional cash transfers, complemented by ongoing monitoring and evaluation (M&E), qualitative research, and rapid pulse data collection.

This role involves fostering and managing high-impact public partnerships, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships to drive fundraising and awareness through strategic relationships with influential brands, corporations, creators, and thought leaders. The Manager will lead and execute public fundraising campaigns, manage the campaign calendar, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience.
This role is responsible for assembling and leading cross-functional teams to drive product development, optimization, and scale, overseeing single or a portfolio of products at different stages of development. The Product Lead will set the vision for their products, drive program quality, support fundraising, and manage high-performing teams.
