  • Build and maintain briefing materials, contact lists, and workplans across a multi-state pipeline.
  • Support operational planning, developing staffing plans, marketing efforts, enrollment plans, and program design adaptations.

  • Oversee surrogate campaigns (earned and sponsored): Ensure high quality execution of formal surrogate campaigns from briefing through post-campaign analysis.
