As an Accounting Analyst, you are expected to manage core accounting processes with autonomy and independence, implement, maintain, and enhance accounting controls over the financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. You have an ambitious scope of responsibilities - Accounting support is your main domain area.

We are seeking our first dedicated accounting hire at Form Health, responsible for establishing the accounting foundation, team, processes and systems that will support our next stage of growth. You’ll build the accounting function from the ground up, own the close and reporting processes, oversee internal and external audits, and help scale systems and controls.You will also help to build and manage the team as the company continues to scale.

As a Platform Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in month-end close and reporting, supporting business processes and products from an accounting and reconciliation perspective. You'll be involved in digital asset and fiat reconciliations, spot trading, and new product launches, working closely with finance leaders and business partners to prepare reports and support audits.

This is a hands-on, remote role ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You’ll work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate books, timely reporting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and sales tax requirements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position is 100% remote, based in India or the Philippines, with some overlap required with U.S. business hours.

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Accountant to add to our global accounting team. This role involves working with the US finance team, handling the USA general ledger close process, technical accounting, preparation of consolidated financials in NetSuite, and managing transfer pricing with foreign subsidiaries. We are looking for a CPA with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in an international SaaS technology corporation with experience working with Revenue Recognition.

This role involves leading the Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Revenue, and Account Receivable teams, providing technical accounting guidance, maintaining accounting policies, and overseeing financial reporting and revenue recognition processes. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Director will lead over fifty accounting team members to achieve Angi’s goal.

This position is for a senior accountant to be a key contributor on our International Accounting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, International Accounting in Dublin, Ireland. This position will ensure our fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, OPEX and other GL transactions are complete and accurate both in US GAAP and Local GAAP. It will also be a crucial role in ensuring that the company is compliant in regulatory filings and returns to the authorities.

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Senior Revenue Accountant who has significant experience with reviewing B2B SaaS sales contracts, managing appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, and participating in day-to-day billing and revenue accounting activities. The ideal candidate thinks strategically on a process level and also executes in the details.

As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the company's daily accounting and regulatory compliance processes, as well as manage the month-end close, working closely with the finance team and key stakeholders to drive growth and financial success. You will lead the month-end close process, revamp key processes, develop accounting policies, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate tax filings, improve internal controls, and perform technical accounting analyses.

The Sr. Manager of External Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of all external financial reports, including Quarterly and Annual Reports. This individual will work closely with the various functions in the company and be exposed to all levels of management within Nielsen’s finance organization. Candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely, but it is required that they reside within the Tri-State area.
