The Manager, Crypto Accounting is part of the Finance team and reports to our Controller. As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and US GAAP standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Compliance to support timely month-end close activities, audits, and financial reporting initiatives.

The Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting will assist in leading the company’s financial reporting and technical accounting functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant US GAAP and statutory reporting. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, this role will own the preparation and review of internal and external financial statements, while researching and documenting complex accounting matters.

We’re looking for a highly capable, experienced Controller to own and scale the accounting function at RevenueCat. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for U.S. operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS industry standards. You’ll take ownership of the monthly close process, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations, while working closely with our Poland-based accounting team to align on global reporting and consolidation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will play a crucial part in our month end close and reporting, by supporting business processes and products from an accounting and reconciliation perspective. You will be involved in digital asset reconciliations for corporate & custodial crypto, fiat reconciliations, spot trading, margin, futures, custodial staking, EARN product suite, Realized & Unrealized gain loss, and new product launches. You will work closely with finance/accounting leaders & business partners to prepare reconciliations and related reports, and support financial and regulatory audits.

Assess differences between acquired company accounting policies and Teamshares accounting policy, developing and implementing necessary amendments to ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate standards. Establish and lead monthly & quarterly review processes to ensure existing companies maintain accounting compliance. Participate in quarter-end and year-end closes. Support the accounting team with purchase price accounting.

We are looking for a highly motivated hands-on part-time Accountant to own the day-to-day accounting operations - ensuring our books are accurate, compliant, and closed on time each month. This role will work closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to support invoicing, AR/AP, payroll, reporting, and other administrative processes.
