Nutrafol is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nutrafol’s financial systems across the organization, and assisting the Sr. ERP Accountant with an upcoming ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, sales tax compliance, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and vendor/customer transaction management, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions, collaborating with departments to support financial decision-making. Lead the annual financial statement audit and collaborate with external tax firms to provide necessary documentation. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
