We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships, optimizing payment processes, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Manage and oversee financial records, reporting and planning. Ensure compliance with NYS and federal tax regulations and filing requirements. Implement and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax preparation and financial audits. Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and improve internal tools and systems for automating tedious finance-related tasks.

The Accounting Specialist performs a wide range of administrative duties as assigned and maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. This position may include processing account receivables, assisting in making collections, cash posting, data entry and bookkeeping for Accounting management.

Oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, establish internal controls, manage financial reporting processes, and serve as a key liaison with our third-party CPA firm. Play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely financial data, while enforcing invoice and billing controls across all departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in multi-entity businesses, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
