As an Account Manager at Carenet Health, you will oversee assigned client accounts, focusing on retention and growth. This role is key to demonstrating the value of Carenetβs Communication Solutions, aligning services with client business goals as the primary point of contact from onboarding to renewal. Accountable for issue resolution, satisfaction, and success, you will foster trusted client partnerships aligned with Carenet Healthβs core values.
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments. Help patients make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience, make welcome calls, and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information.
The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct high-level analyses of revenue, cost of sales, client margins, SG&A expenses, and system data for historical trends, present operations, and future projections. They will provide reporting to senior management, helping them make critical decisions about revenue/clients and expense management. You must be highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity and innovation.
Using excellent communication and multitasking skills, you will respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests. You will research customer issues, identify customer needs, and provide workable solutions, including scheduling appointments and assisting with insurance questions.
Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, fax, and Telephone Encounter. Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests received, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prepare and dispense prescription refills accurately and efficiently, following established organizational protocols and procedures.
The Care Advisor is a licensed Registered Nurse who provides telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services. They provide triage assessments using telecommunications, critical thinking, and effective communication to assess, disposition, make recommendations for care, and provide education and health information.
