Finalis

As a Senior Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our ai-native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments. You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers. This role requires strong technical expertise.

Drive compliance in support of Finalis’ Product, Go-to-Market and Finance strategies. Execute a comprehensive compliance strategy that aligns with Finalis’ business goals. Develop and lead a high-performing compliance team in a remote-first cross-cultural context and tackle compliance-related escalations from users and internal stakeholders while increasingly reducing escalations through policies, processes, controls and automation.

As Head of People, you will be instrumental in shaping the People Strategy at Finalis and expected to manage a wide range of tasks oriented around enabling the company to attract top-tier talent globally. You will develop and scale a world-class People/HR organization while fostering high engagement, performance, and retention across the company.
