The Finance Associate supports the Finance team in accounts payable and receivable, budget management, and other finance administrative duties, requiring efficiency, systems orientation, teamwork, resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organization.

Assist with the entire global AP process including invoice processing, vendor management, and expense reimbursement. Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Manage the wholesale portion of the AR process including invoicing, applying payments, and recording deductions.

Responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team from AR AP and GL Module, including Client Billing Management and Audit Supports.

Manage the full suite accounts receivable process including preparation of invoices through managing collections, provide active management to the accounts payable processes, oversee timely collection of payments, manage customer invoicing, and improve the AR/collections process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for efficiency gains. Evaluate customer creditworthiness and resolve customer queries.
