Job Description
Job Overview:
- Manage and enforce T&E policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the corporate card program, including issuing cards and monitoring spending.
- Act as the T&E point of contact, providing employee support and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage flight and hotel programs, supporting contract negotiations.
- Continuously improve processes and adapt the platform based on feedback.
- Validate invoices against contracts and reconcile key AP accounts.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with 1-4 years in T&E and AP management.
- Strong understanding of travel and expense policies and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Brex, NetSuite, and Bill.com are preferred.
