The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across the NAMER region, with a strong focus on the USA, Canada, and other American countries; ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for multiple payroll frequencies (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) and act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

In this role as Controller, you will support the finance department by managing financial and administrative tasks across multiple organizations, ensuring smooth operation of internal and external financial processes, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the company. You will work closely with the Finance Department and Chief Financial Officer.

Role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive payroll strategy across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to local and international compliance regulations. This person will own the relationship with external payroll service providers.

Own the payroll, bonuses, commissions, and equity processes at Luxury Presence, driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all compensation processes; partner closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time and that equity programs are managed effectively.
