We are looking for a Cloud Observability and Performance Engineer to join our Chaos Cloud Engineering team. In this role, you will design and implement observability, monitoring, and performance strategies for cloud-hosted microservices that manage and orchestrate endpoint security agents at scale. This position is critical to ensuring the reliability, visibility, and performance optimization of our backend systems that power cloud-based security operations for millions of endpoints worldwide.

This high-impact, individual contributor role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership across partner enablement, technical validation, and solution delivery. You will act as a key interface between Halcyon and a broad range of service-oriented partners—including MSSPs, resale partners, incident response providers, and legal advisory firms—helping them integrate, deploy, and scale Halcyon’s cyber resilience platform within their offerings.

The Director, International Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy to support international pipeline growth, brand visibility, and market penetration in Europe. Highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional, you will align global campaigns with local market insights and ensure consistent brand messaging across markets. Thrive on building programs and strategies from the ground up in new regions.

Combining business and security expertise, the Solutions Architect role will demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s cyber resilience solution to customers by advising, educating, and redefining the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery. This includes conducting ransomware readiness assessments and aligning customer expectations with the Halcyon cyber resilience solution.

The Vice President, Field Engineering is a front-line leader responsible for managing Halcyon’s Solutions Architects supporting Strategic and Enterprise accounts across the US and Canada. This role combines deep technical leadership in endpoint security and ransomware resilience with proven experience building high-performance teams and scaling technical sales processes. This leader will directly manage a team of Solutions Architects and will spend ~30% of their time actively supporting key sales opportunities and escalations, while dedicating the majority of their focus to coaching, process improvement, training, and building repeatable excellence in field engineering.
