Lead Customer Engagement:

Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to validate problems and solutions
Represent the product in roadmap discussions, executive briefings, and deep technical conversations
Synthesize structured feedback into actionable product decisions

Drive Cross-Functional Execution:

Partner closely with engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and adoption
Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution
