Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries as the accountable Product Manager.
- Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned to overall strategy.
- Lead more complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS, compliance/regulatory heavy environment like fintech or Payroll environment.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap, scope, and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior colleagues.
