As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA, where you'll be leading and coaching a cross-functional engineering team behind Canva’s Workday Platform. You will define the technical strategy, architecture and delivery cadence across Workday systems; partner with leaders in People, Finance, Security and Audit to deliver secure and scalable solutions, overseeing solution architecture, integration governance, testing and release workflows. Elevating service reliability, documentation, observability and overall quality is key.
