We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Vice President of Product Management to lead our industry strategy for a next-generation, AI-powered ERP platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of the services industries—including professional services, public sector, and other verticals—are deeply embedded into our product roadmap and delivery.
Lead strategic initiatives within our Borrow & Spend line, improving core experiences, shaping new offerings, and stewarding a product vision rooted in customer success. Operate across a broad surface area, from early-stage concepts to iterative launches, with a focus on delivering high-impact results and durable infrastructure. Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, risk, analytics, operations, design, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Manage our Product vision and relationships with our expanding set of technology partners in the Data and Analytics Ecosystem, and to co-define and execute our product strategy with these partners, to make ServiceNow a leader in Data and Analytics marketplace. You will be responsible for setting the vision and the partner product strategy that combines ServiceNow’s product portfolio with partner products.
