Serve as the Companyβs technical accounting expert β proactively evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance and recommendations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions. Stay current on FASB and SEC pronouncements and interpret impact to the Company in partnership with internal partners and external auditors.
