As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Multimodal Modeling, you will lead the advancement of our core embedding-based retrieval systems, with a primary focus on the scientific aspects of modeling. This includes fine-tuning and extending multimodal models (e.g., CLIP, SigLIP) to improve performance, generalization, and cross-modal alignment. You’ll work on unifying text and image representations, improving model performance, and ensuring extensibility across evolving product use cases.

Maintain deep understanding of Flock devices & technology capture data for the company’s customer platform. Follow Flock accounting policies and processes to account for subscriber system assets, and fixed assets. Evaluate internal and external costs monthly to calculate gross margin inputs and an appropriate cost basis for capitalization under Flock’s policy.

This leader will streamline partner and developer engagement, strengthen Flock’s market position, and unlock new revenue streams through automation and innovation. Core priorities include improving reporting, refining deal registration and channel management, simplifying developer interactions, and driving operational projects across M&A integrations. Additional responsibilities include enhancing revenue reporting, automating rebate and reseller payments & audits.

Flock is looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to add to the Hardware Engineering design team, who will contribute to the electrical design of the Flock Safety product suite and its associated peripheral components, and work closely with internal and external engineering teams to deliver high quality, mission critical electronics.

Flock Safety is seeking a Software Engineer III to join our Device Software Android Apps team, where you'll develop solutions for our network of over 100,000 headless infrastructure-free devices and support growth opportunities such as parking and DOT applications, as well as our flagship LPR product. You'll tackle complex challenges, including new use case development, system performance optimization, image quality enhancement, and integration of cutting-edge machine learning models.

As the first dedicated Equity Administrator you will assist in assessing, building, and scaling Flock’s stock administration function. You will maintain accurate records of all stock plan transactions and ensure that vesting schedules, exercise periods, and other plan criteria are managed effectively. You will manage and process all equity plan transactions and ensure all transactions are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

This role exists to ensure they’re delivering not just outcomes, but true partnership to their most influential customers, playing a critical role in scaling their ability to serve complex accounts, driving consistency in execution, and unlocking expansion opportunities. Furthermore, this leader will manage a team of Customer Success Managers across the West Coast.

This person will play a key role in helping Flock grow, focusing on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales. The position is based out of NJ/PA, and requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

The Trust & Safety (T&S) Lead protects our customers, employees, and the community from abuse of Flock’s solutions and helps to create a safe platform experience. This role is on the Information Security and Risk team which works cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to keep users safe on our platform. This will be an individual contributor role.
