Flock Safety is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong video expertise to support their cloud software and hardware products, playing a central role in video incident management, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. The engineer will handle escalated technical cases related to video recording devices, streaming issues, data integrity, video analytics, and integration with video management systems, requiring hands-on experience with SaaS solutions and knowledge of video codecs and APIs.

Flock Safety is seeking an Embedded HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated validation systems for our STM32-based Drone as a First Responder (DFR) products; this role is pivotal in building a robust, scalable test framework that ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of our aviation infrastructure.

You will be instrumental in driving company growth by focusing on a single market, managing demand generation, building partnerships, and overseeing the full sales cycle. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity requiring regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons, allowing you to make a significant impact.

This role will lead the commercial, transactional, and governance functions of the legal department. Requires an experienced legal leader to upskill and develop internal talent, hire strategically, manage outside counsel, and direct the implementation of upgraded processes and tooling to serve internal stakeholders and Flock’s external clients and partners.

This role involves architecture, interface design, writing code, responsibility for testing, and publishing documentation, primarily responsible for designing and implementing systems that enable real-time communication between drones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, WebRTC, drone communication protocols, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry. This position is fully remote (USA only).

The Aviation team needs another strong software engineer to contribute to the next generation of DFR (Drone as First Responder) software and hardware solutions. Engineers get direct feedback from customers and can react for high-impact results. The Nova team is building a “single pane of glass” for investigators by connecting them to disparate data sources, making it easier to “connect the dots” around their case work. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to the product, build stronger bindings to the overall Flock Software Platform, and work across multiple teams and skillsets.

This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats to executives, employees, operations, and assets through comprehensive intelligence gathering and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in threat intelligence, OSINT, risk analysis, and protective operations support. You will develop and implement protective intelligence strategies.

The Device SRE team owns software build and release automation. This role expands ownership and automation to encompass the deployment and monitoring of software to our fleet of devices. The goal is to make this process as fast, objective, and automated as possible while minimizing outages caused by poor quality.

Be a vital part of the SDET team, identifying and isolating issues across our platform, developing and maintaining thorough test plans, and optimizing our end-to-end testing processes. You will help ensure that every release meets Flock's high quality and reliability standards in the rapidly expanding Aviation team.

Elevate financial reporting and technical forecasting capabilities. Report directly into the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, a role critical in delivering insights to the executive team, board, and investors. You’ll own the development and delivery of Finance board materials, close reporting, and executive dashboards, while also leading forecasting for key technical components of the P&L.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will become an expert on Flock Safety, providing quick, friendly support via phone, chat, and email. You'll empower customers with tips, partner with internal teams to resolve issues, and recommend product improvements. This remote role requires strong time management, critical thinking, and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
