In this role you will focus on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales. The role requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons and is a 100% remote field sales opportunity.

The Technical Sourcer will play an integral role on the Recruiting and People team finding top talent for Engineering and Product organizations, responsible for research, outreach, and initial screening while owning relationships with hiring managers, candidates and recruiters.

Develop essential applications that enable customers to engage with Flock’s mission to eliminate crime effectively. This role will lead and build our ground breaking new product to provide sophisticated data mining techniques to provide speed, accuracy and thoroughness to the investigation process. This role is crucial for addressing how the team and its products should evolve to fit within the Flock ecosystem.

Flock Safety is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Cyber Defense to lead the team responsible for protecting our networks, systems, and data from cyber threats. You will play a critical role in developing and executing proactive security strategies, leading incident response, and fostering a culture of cyber resilience across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Manage end-to-end deployment of our DFR projects, which involve complex hardware, software, and service integrations, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to Flock’s high standards. Coordinate efforts across teams and third-party vendors, tackle logistical challenges, and drive process improvements to support the scaling of the DFR program.

The Competitive Intelligence Manager will be a key partner to the Sales team, transforming market insights into actionable strategies that improve win rates and drive revenue. This role involves leading competitive enablement, providing regular updates to Sales leadership, and partnering with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

You'll be an important part of a dynamic communications team, soliciting stories from customers, drafting press releases, pitching stories to news outlets, supporting press conferences, and building and maintaining relationships with reporters and Flock Safety’s public sector customers across the country. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires a creative, problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle a complex PR process.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams responsible for procurement, travel, AP, payroll, and equity. Design and execute a scalable operating model for core accounting operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with company strategy. Oversee end-to-end processes and operations. Implement policies, controls, and systems to drive automation, workflow improvements, and optimization. Manage timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, T&E reports, and disbursements.

Serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert – proactively evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance and recommendations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions. Stay current on FASB and SEC pronouncements and interpret impact to the Company in partnership with internal partners and external auditors.

Flock Safety is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead the organization responsible for developing security protocols, ensuring adherence, and providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance; developing robust security policies and controls for endpoints and remote work environments; and crafting/implementing data-centric policies to safeguard data.
