The Senior Manager of People Operations leads the day to day of HR Operations for ~250 employees globally, mainly in the United States and Philippines, in a remote first environment. This role owns the core HR System (Rippling), reporting, and plays a key role in compliance and payroll support. The role also interfaces frequently with leadership, consulting on relevant HR issues regarding talent, compliance, and HR Operations.

Lead HR initiatives that support rapid growth, overseeing HR teams and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and compliance while driving remote workforce policies and global HR initiatives. Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with business growth and operational goals.

The Offboarding Manager will manage employee offboarding processes for an Employer of Record (EOR) company on behalf of global clients, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
