Oversee M&A Transactions and Funding Rounds and Valuations content. Candidates should have deep knowledge of the fundamentals of capital markets and investment research combined with extensive experience of managing 3rd party or proprietary M&A and Transactions content feeding into financial research platforms and investment analysis workflow functionality.

Build product features powered by machine learning on top of unique, proprietary datasets. The core of this data is an ever-growing set of “expert interviews” – primary research conversations between financial analysts and domain experts, arranged by AlphaSense, who discuss the ins-and-outs of a particular company’s business. Because so much of this data is unstructured text, work will lean heavily towards NLP and large language models.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Reference and Entity Data Services mission, building systems that ingest metadata from multiple sources, normalizing, deduplicating, and publishing it to every service at AlphaSense that surfaces company information. As part of the team, you’ll implement new data feed ingestions, integrate reference data with downstream systems, and ensure the health of systems.
