The Account Manager, Financial Services is responsible for developing three-dimensional relationships with customers and key stakeholders in order to effectively retain and grow our customer base. You will serve as our Financial clients’ main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions. The Financial Data Application Specialist role lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical implementation for AlphaSense’s financial data products. This is a new team at AlphaSense supporting a strategic area of investment for the business. Specialists add value across our revenue organization by building relationships with prospects and clients, providing deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense’s financial data while helping to drive adoption.

Solve complex reliability problems at scale as a Senior SRE. You will join our SRE team, supporting both our developers and the AlphaSense platform, and working on platforming and tooling with the freedom to propose and experiment with solutions. The scale of our operations presents unique challenges, requiring us to adapt open-source solutions to fit our needs.

Analysts are the execution engine for our Channel and Customer Research offering. You will map the expert universe for assigned verticals, source and vet high-value channel partners and customers, build long-term relationships with key channel sources, and coordinate and monitor interviews. This role blends investigative research, stakeholder management, and rapid-fire project execution.

The Compensation Analyst will design and manage competitive compensation programs that attract and retain talent, while aligning with strategic objectives. This role involves market research and analysis to inform compensation strategies, ensuring offerings are equitable, competitive, and compliant with standards. Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will focus towards optimizing and refining the existing structures to support organizational growth and efficiency.
