An AI start-up client of our's is looking for a senior technical sourcer. This position is fully remote and a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time. The sourcer will need 4+ years of experience, strong talent mapping abilities, and the ability to quickly review direct applicants to determine strong candidates. Strong experience with Greenhouse and Gem and working for a tech start-up is required.
