The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will provide front line support for the recruiting function, assisting the HR department in carrying out programs, processes, policies, and procedures related to recruitment, hiring, record keeping, and compliance with employment laws.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Training Administrator to provide essential administrative support for the coordination and delivery of operational training programmes. This role plays a key part in maintaining training compliance, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of training activities across the business. This homebased role is part time, 24 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8am-5pm.

This role is responsible for managing payroll across the group, including associated entities and upcoming acquisitions, which plays a pivotal part in harmonising payroll operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy. As the payroll migration lead, the individual will oversee all phases of system transition - from planning through go-live and post-implementation review - including ownership of the discovery phase, execution of parallel runs, and assurance of seamless end-to-end process alignment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsible for leading strategy, design, and development of our global compensation and benefit programs; ensuring we continue to attract, motivate and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefit programs. This highly visible role will be a key member of the People Leadership team and the broader organization. You will design scalable processes and workflows that drive Lime’s current and future global reward strategies and programs.

Supports the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical roles in assigned markets while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Team to post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive hiring and onboarding experience, also responsible for auditing the recruiting department, pulling reporting and working closely with data.

Lead the administration and optimization of our employee benefits, wellness and leave programs ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant and aligned with our strategic goals and employees wellbeing. Process and administer all benefits programs and policies in parallel with our benefits broker and individual carriers while ensuring employee advocacy and resolving questions and issues regarding employee benefits.

Help build and manage a world-class global equity program as ClickHouse continues to scale and prepare for public-company readiness. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our global equity plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People teams to manage all aspects of stock plan operations.

Own the quarterly sales incentive program and process. Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to run a successful program. Provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives. Work closely with the HRBP's and leads of the business you support and provide them with relevant analytics and insights.

We're looking for Jr. or Sr. Analyst to join our team. Will work alongside other analysts & report directly to the manager & associate directors. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes & performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, should have a natural analytical way of thinking & be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users.
