This role offers strategic problem-solving, technical leadership and deployment support for new and existing service offerings. Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to align Smartsheet's capabilities with their business objectives and value drivers.

Partner with Sales to provide technical leadership throughout the sales process. Navigate intricate deal cycles, provide value-based demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients throughout their evaluations. You will identify, build, and demonstrate Smartsheet solutions that solve specific customer problems. Lead technical sales engagements and collaborate closely with sales teams.

Be a recognised Smartsheet expert and develop deep Smartsheet knowledge relevance. Partner with Commercial Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the Smartsheet SaaS platform, Integrations, and Add-Ons. Collaborate with existing Solutions Engineers in the design of creative solutions to customer requirements using Smartsheet.

Conduct and support research projects from end-to-end within a product area, with supervision and guidance. Distill research data into insights and actionable recommendations that impact features and product teams. Present research findings and represent user insights effectively to working teams and stakeholders, including UX designers, product managers, and engineers.

Solve challenging problems and architect cloud-native enterprise solutions as a visionary leader and hands-on builder. The role involves working across teams to build high quality, architecturally sound systems aligned with business needs and expanding Smartsheet's AI portfolio. Drive technical standards, overall technical architecture, engineering practices, and methodologies while translating business goals into workable solutions.
