Responsibilities:
- Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis
- Build tools and solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of commissions payments
- Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system
Requirements:
- Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake or other analytical tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with superior time-management and organizational skills
