- Prepare and present commissions summary to executives.
Sales Compensation Planning:
- Recommend changes to current Sales Compensation.
- Oversee annual compensation planning process.
- Ensure all decisions and approvals are documented.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze Sales and CS performance.
- Provide data-backed strategic insights.
- Act as an advisor to the Executive team.
