As the VP of Finance, you will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on partner in driving the company’s financial performance and growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide critical financial insights that shape long-term financial strategies. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you'll support the travel and expense process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and help problem solve, also assisting the Expense Manager with moderately complex projects and programs within the Finance department.

Reporting to the Director of Credit Risk, you'll provide ongoing monitoring on the health of all credit products and performance/effectiveness of credit strategies. You’ll also lead the credit provisioning and portfolio evaluation process to ensure ongoing adequacy of the credit reserves. This role offers broad exposure to multiple areas of risk management.

This position will be key in handling assignments ranging from individual asset sales to large portfolio transactions, with responsibilities extending beyond the financial aspects to encompass all phases of the sales process. A qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in DeFi research and strong knowledge of tokenomics.
