As a Deal Desk, you’ll be a foundational member of the Revenue Operations team, building scalable systems that help Solink structure and close deals more efficiently and with greater accuracy. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal execution, enforce pricing governance, and ensure every quote aligns with internal policies and strategic goals.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring across Technical (R&D), Sales, and Operations and manage 8–10 roles at once, balancing speed with quality and partnership with precision. As the first point of contact for many candidates, your ability to tell the Solink story, live our values, and keep the bar high is critical.
Play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with Solink’s products and services. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support, troubleshooting, and facilitating resolutions to enhance our customers’ experience. We’re looking for someone who is a natural problem-solver, thinks on their feet, and is committed to improving the customer experience.
