This role manages $3B+ in diverse supplier spend, supports $1B+ in RFPs for North America and serves as the subject matter expert for supplier diversity across Sodexo, SodexoMagic, and Entegra. The Director will develop and execute supplier diversity strategies, establishing KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics to grow inclusive procurement. They will also manage certification tracking and integration of 3,000+ diverse suppliers into first- and second-tier supply chains.

This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal execution, enforce pricing governance, and ensure every quote aligns with internal policies and strategic goals.
