  • Act as Remote’s subject matter expert for US payroll compliance.
  • Support the design and implementation of automated payroll processes and system controls for the US.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in US payroll legislation and ensure these are reflected in our operations and product.

This role leads to the development of category strategies, drives sourcing execution, ensures alignment with broader COE priorities. Manage higher-impact or more complex COE categories with distributed spend and multi-stakeholder influence. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities – including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and recommendation presentations.

In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate coding of medical procedures and diagnoses across our diverse range of services including inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, and specialty care. You’ll play a key role in supporting compliance, optimizing reimbursements, and ensuring all documentation aligns with federal and state regulations.
