As a Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and data solutions to support Aledade’s various lines of business by managing, maintaining and creating data ingestion pipelines that are foundational for Aledade’s Medicare Share Savings ACOs. The Technical Product Manager works alongside business owners, data analysts, designers and engineers to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans.

As a Senior Security Engineer I for Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Aledade, you will play a central role in enhancing the security posture of our enterprise, cloud-native environments, and applications, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions, managing authentication, authorization, and provisioning across diverse platforms.

You will be a critical leader responsible for translating business goals into a technical vision and execution strategy for your domain leading the BI Growth Zone dedicated to creating insights that fuel all aspects of Aledade's growth. In this role, you will guide a team of BI professionals in building complex datasets, insightful data visualizations, and compelling data-driven narratives.

Will lead a team focused on the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of direct mail communication initiatives aimed at enhancing patient health outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with A+ leadership, healthcare providers, and practice teams to design and implement integrated, multi-channel patient outreach campaigns. The role is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of provider- and practice-facing materials to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

As CDI Specialist-QA you will serve as a quality assurance leader by auditing CDIS and Clinical Documentation Integrity Coders, ensuring complete, accurate, and compliant diagnostic documentation and coding. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of documentation review workflows and improving the effectiveness of field-level education. The CDI-S QA will provide structured feedback to CDI staff. Occasional travel to practices may be required, with most work performed remotely.

Seeking a Director of Application Support to lead a high performing Practice Support team, overseeing customer support for Aledade's population health software used by partner practices to achieve ACO goals. This includes complex support operations and defining team strategy to ensure scalability and excellent execution. The role requires strong operational management skills and change management experience.

Provides day-to-day operational support for the ACO, including preparing materials, coordinating events, designing reports, and monitoring compliance activities. Supports the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements.

Lead a transformative initiative using generative AI to enhance and scale a next generation central services offering for Aledade’s network of >2,500 independent primary care practices. This role will serve as a hybrid subject matter expert and operational program leader, accelerating the use of AI across key workflows. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive strategy, implementation, and measurable impact for this critical and high visibility initiative.

The Senior Director, Process Optimization will serve as the business lead in the development of a unified, automated, and AI-enabled analytics infrastructure for Provider Network (PN) Operations. This role is critical to establishing transparent, real-time reporting capabilities across our national network, supporting efforts to replace fragmented workflows with intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

The Specialist, L&D supports the People Team in designing and implementing high-impact learning programs. The Specialist, L&D will partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in business units to support the design, development, implementation and management of learning programs that drive employee performance. The Specialist will leverage experience in adult learning principles to create and manage a wide range of learning interventions and support tools.

The Director of Strategic Marketing will lead the Strategic Marketing team, including the Strategic Account Development Representative (SADR). This role drives company growth by developing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, converting prospects into engaged customers and building strong connections. The director will oversee integrated multi-channel campaigns focused on high-value enterprise accounts.

The Staff AI Researcher is responsible for the development of working prototypes using off-the- shelf and novel AI techniques to deliver higher optimization levels for the company. You will work with large, complex data sets and solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems to harvest data. You will also re-design current pipelines and systems to meet the growing data and query needs.

This key leadership role is responsible for the successful implementation of Aledade ACO programs and initiatives across assigned regions, ensuring exceptional customer service and support for Provider Networks regional leaders and staff, as well as participating providers. This individual will lead a team of implementation specialists and program managers, driving standardization and scalability across PN Operations, including payment programs.

The Regional Medical Director develops relationships and impacts clinical strategies and workflows to improve value-based healthcare delivery, implementing Aledade’s programs and technologies to deliver quality health outcomes while reducing overall cost for assigned ACOs.

This role will lead the development and execution of Aledade’s strategy for complete and accurate diagnosis documentation and risk adjustment. This role is responsible for shaping technical services, and building out and advancing Aledade’s reporting infrastructure to support high-quality, data-driven decision-making. Primary duties include platform improvements, developing strategies to improve risk adjustment market capture, and leading strategic projects in Risk workstreams.

The Strategy Associate will support high-priority transformation initiatives, aiding in Aledade’s performance and growth, initially focusing on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, supporting projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations, partnering with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.

The Software Engineer II directs and oversees the company’s software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and operating systems according to business needs. Defines and creates future software business and leads the day-to-day management of software development. Responsible for ensuring software deliverables meet availability and performance goals and drives continuous improvement.

The Sr. Health Plan Performance (HPP) Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on contractual terms for assigned contracts, payer-specific data sets, current performance, and key opportunities for performance improvement. You will conduct data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Aledade’s value-based care portfolio within assigned Line(s) of Business.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs by driving creation, tracking, and communication of strategic and achievable quarterly plans with all involved delivery teams. You will manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management, implementing governance structures to manage risks and drive decision-making. You will also contribute to organization-wide initiatives to lessen operational burden of our teams.

The Health Plan Performance (HPP) Analyst plays a key role in conducting data analysis, tracking key performance indicators, and delivering detailed operational support to ensure contract success of our practices across their assigned Line(s) of Business. Primary duties include conducting data analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement. The position will also prepare and deliver monthly KPI reports to field teams.

This Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is a critical partner to Analytics, Product, Engineering Teams, ensuring predictable delivery of our rapidly growing AI initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, you will be instrumental in accelerating our AI strategy and execution. As the AI Technical Program Manager, you will lead programs by driving creation, tracking, and communication of strategic and achievable quarterly plans.

Works with Aledade primary care practices in Maryland as a part of the Maryland Primary Care Program. The care manager collaborates with the care team within each practice and leverages Aledade’s interdisciplinary care team to provide telephone-based health coaching, quality improvement, and care coordination. The care manager works closely with Medicare patients to support them in becoming active in their health care.

As a Technical Product Manager focused on our AI Research Team, you will oversee the development and deployment of innovative AI experiments and products that drive our company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver value to our customers. This role is the interface between strategic business owners and AI Researchers, and ensures that Aledade creates high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
