As a Senior Manager of Growth Development you will build the engine that powers our growth. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of growth development representatives, transforming raw talent into pipeline-generating powerhouses. Through strategic coaching and process optimization, you'll drive the outbound prospecting efforts that fuel our revenue goals.

As the Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and evolving the SOC’s operations to ensure proactive, real-time identification, containment, and mitigation of security incidents across the organization, leading a team of analysts and engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Working in the Office of the CEO, the Manager of Strategic Initiatives will support high-priority transformation initiatives, to aid in Aledade’s performance and growth. This role contributes to the scaling and maturation of Aledade’s delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows. The hire will manage projects spanning tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.

The Program Specialist supports and enhances the operational efficiency of Aledade's Scripps team by managing key initiatives related to project management, rostering, contracting, meeting planning, reporting and campaign execution. This role proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and creates and distributes regular KPI reports.

This individual will be responsible for supporting our broader product team in developing and enabling our product roadmap by deriving insights from internal analytics, the external digital health landscape, helping to form POVs to support alignment and tradeoff decisions. The product development team at Aledade leads all technology development and integration across built and bought solutions.

The Chief of Staff will support strategic initiatives for the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help define strategic projects, support our most important programs, interface with teams across the company, and support the operations of the Tech org. Through your work you will facilitate the effectiveness of the CTO and support cross-functional strategic work across the organization.

As Aledade's Sales Operations Specialist, you'll analyze sales performance data, identify key trends, and implement process improvements that drive measurable results. You'll work closely with the sales team to optimize pipeline management, enhance forecasting accuracy, and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions.
