The Manager, Network Contracting on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team will support and execute Aledade’s network contracts with national and regional health plans. The role is focused on negotiating and managing a portfolio of network participation agreements, interfacing directly with payers to negotiate new agreements and manage renewals.

The Senior Financial Analyst partners with various departments across Aledade to manage and forecast expenses relative to budget. Responsibilities include inputting information into the Netsuite Planning & Budgeting tool, helping with invoice and contract approval, and providing ad hoc financial analysis on projects.

The Scheduling Outreach Specialist conducts emergency department, wellness, or preventative service outreach calls to identified patients, providing patient education about clinic appointment availability and identifying any care coordination or triaging needs from the supported practice.

The care manager works closely with Medicare patients to support them in becoming active in their health care.

As a Senior AI Solutions Manager, you will be the strategic link between business needs and the technical implementation of AI solutions. Drive AI innovation and integration across our organization's IT infrastructure, consulting directly with business units to identify, design, and implement compliant AI use cases that deliver value. Develop AI strategies, manage technical capabilities, and ensure responsible adoption of AI technologies across IT systems.

Requires collaborating with technical and non-technical resources to design, implement, and support solutions. Expected to provide full-lifecycle support. Occasional after-hours support required.

The Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining data systems to track contract performance for our CHC partners to support high quality and equitable care for the patient populations seen at CHCs. Using this data system, the Director will support performance management of CHC partners in Aledade ACO networks by surfacing opportunities for improvement based on data. This role works with both internal and external partners, and requires strong analytical skills.

Lead the design and governance of our multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and integrations. Shape enterprise solutions across HealthCloud, Marketing Cloud, and core Salesforce platforms. This role demands hands-on Salesforce development skills and strategic architectural leadership using frameworks like TOGAF.
