Primary Duties:
- Define the problem and processes in place.
- Identify changes to current state process to de-risk key workflows.
- Align vision of the process with functional leads and executive leadership.
Fact Finding / Market Analysis:
- Synthesize fact finding learnings and analysis for a broad audience of stakeholders.
- Make recommendations on next steps based on fact finding and market analysis.
- Leverage existing research and synthesis done to date to inform perspective on the heart of the problem.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Able to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
