The Network Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing the evaluation, monitoring, and remediation of provider network adequacy to ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. This role ensures the organization maintains sufficient access to healthcare services for its members by identifying network gaps, driving remediation strategies, and supporting regulatory filings such as CMS, Medicaid, accreditation and state-based submissions.

In this role, you will play an integral part understanding the needs and priorities of Vida’s clients, working directly with them and benefits partners to devise strategies and solutions. Deep knowledge of healthcare ecosystem processes, strategy development, leading business readiness initiatives end-to-end, data analysis and consensus building is needed. The Strategy Associate will support high-priority transformation initiatives, aiding in Aledade’s performance and growth, initially focusing on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, supporting projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations, partnering with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.

Track and develop a deep understanding of supplier dynamics in low- and middle-income countries for priority TB products. Develop demand forecasts, uptake models, and market reports for key commodities or disease areas. Cultivate relationships with existing and potential manufacturers and distributors, with the aim to develop strategic partnerships. Prepare presentations, reports, and other analyses to inform global policy.

The Special Projects Group (SPG) Senior Manager will report to the VP of SPG and will be a key leader within the SPG team. The Senior Manager, SPG, will drive the design and execution of initiatives in partnership with cross-functional leadership across Kaseya. This group is backed by the Board, sponsored by the CEO and is specifically designed to be at the center of Kaseya’s execution of initiatives, driving growth and optimization.
