Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strategic discussions are data-driven and translate goals into monitored initiatives.
  • Prepare and facilitate leadership meetings to ensure decisions are followed through.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor business metrics and support leadership with course correction recommendations.
  • Support scaling operational processes by identifying bottlenecks and preparing decisions.

Leadership Enablement:

  • Support fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture and gather organizational insights for feedback.
  • Organize and facilitate leadership off-sites, strategy sessions, and key business reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bring 3+ years of experience, including in a Chief of Staff or consulting role.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
