The Senior Director will be responsible for leading strategic transformation efforts across KIPP Foundation teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's 5-year strategic plan. The Senior Director will directly own and execute transformation processes, change management and stakeholder engagement and be held accountable for execution and measurable progress towards goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale change initiatives.

The Vice President, Strategic Delivery's primary responsibility is to assist in prioritizing and driving the company’s business transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. This role will lead AI-powered initiatives, driving adoption of AI technologies that enhance business processes and drive innovation. The VP will also drive cross-functional alignment and champion change management activities.
