The Deputy Political Director is a leadership position responsible for managing Indivisible’s electoral programs and strategic orientation. This role manages national political programs, rapid response campaigns, primary engagements, endorsements, general election strategy, & grassroots tools. They will oversee imperatives in complex cross-team projects and manage department workflow and staff.

Responsible for strategic analysis, evaluation and program development to strengthen outcomes for clients, providers and members. Requires experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and clear reporting. Leverage existing expertise and expand it to different areas or clients. Conduct strategic planning, develop recommendations evidenced by data, and execute clinical strategies around provider and member engagement models.
