Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate an integrated planning process and ensure the successful implementation of Strategic Priorities across the GTM organization.
  • Stand up and run integrated, cross-functional program plans, defining workstreams and driving execution cadence across multiple teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in SaaS GTM Strategy, consulting, or a strategic field role, with success driving growth at scale.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize diverse topics into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating and influencing across all organizational levels and geographies.

Additional Details:

  • This is a global role requiring familiarity with different regions and cultures, with minimal travel expected (~10% or less).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate strategic planning and enhance team productivity is considered a strong plus.
