Reporting to the VP AI Solutions, you will play a key role in driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and effective information flow across our AI Solutions organization. This is an execution-focused role, not pure strategy. You will oversee planning, analytics, and project management for key AI initiatives, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and stay aligned with business priorities.

Take charge of driving the heartbeat of CXI by owning the rhythm of annual and mid-cycle planning, facilitating weekly business reviews, and tracking action items from discussion to delivery. The Vice President, Strategic Delivery's primary responsibility is to assist in prioritizing and driving the company’s business transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. This role will lead AI-powered initiatives, driving adoption of AI technologies that enhance business processes and drive innovation. The VP will also drive cross-functional alignment and champion change management activities.
