  • Shape and execute Ensono's annual strategy, owning the strategy cycle, initiative portfolio, and executive forums with exposure to the CEO and board.
  • Drive corporate development, including M&A, partnerships, market intelligence, and the Executive Advisory Council.
  • Build an AI-enabled strategy office, support operating-model changes, and lead high-priority initiatives with 10% travel.
