About the role and what you'll be doing:
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Program Directors & Program Managers for large-scale client transformation.
- Engage closely with C-level stakeholders to establish trusted relationships and ensure transparent governance.
- Oversee complex hybrid and multi-platform transformation portfolios including cloud migration and mainframe modernization.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years leading enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Experience managing multi-platform portfolios involving public cloud, mainframe, and infrastructure modernization.
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance models, executive reporting, and financial management.
