We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Rula’s Internal Operations team to be responsible for building and maintaining the platform and features across these domains. As a member of this team, you will automate and streamline billing processes for patients, providers, and insurance, and build features in the internal Ops Tool to allow support agents to assist our clients.

You’ll work hands-on in dbt, Redshift, Looker and Hex to design trusted, scalable data models that drive decision-making across the company. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner with data scientists, product managers, and operational leaders to turn complex questions into elegant data solutions.
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to join the Patient Experience Team at Rula. The team owns the end-to-end care journey for our patients and is responsible for building and maintaining the patient portal. As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the design and development of high-impact, full-stack systems and play a key role in defining the team’s technical direction. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on how people access and experience mental healthcare.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the patient experience by ensuring patients get the right message via the right channel at the right time and will be fundamental in helping create and scale a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program at Rula. You’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email + SMS primarily) to improve the speed and quality of patient access to mental healthcare.
