We're looking for a User Experience Researcher to lead mixed-methods research that uncovers how patients and providers interact with care before, between, and after sessions. You’ll deliver actionable insights, translating research into a strategy that guides product, design, engineering, and data science teams.

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients who need mental health care outside of our platform. You’ll serve as a key connector between Rula patients, their providers, and external healthcare organizations- ensuring smooth transitions to the right level of care. You'll play a critical role in helping patients navigate complex care decisions, while maintaining empathy and professionalism in all communications.
