Open Positions
You will partner with senior leaders across Product, as well as teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data. Partners with internal teams and external vendor partners to support accurate payment posting, reconciliation, and credit balance management. Independently manages complex payment posting, reconciliation, and refund work, investigates discrepancies, and monitors payment and credit activity. Identifies root causes of payment issues and help improve workflows, including supporting efforts to expand electronic payments and remittances.
