We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our efforts in building world-class reliability, cloud infrastructure, and operational excellence at Rula. The role owns the strategy, frameworks, pipelines, and tooling that ensure our production and non-production systems maintain high availability. You'll directly impact service reliability, minimize customer-facing incidents, and shape the operational environments where Rula services run with stability, efficiency, and resilience.

Rula is seeking a licensed mental health professional to fill an open role as a Patient Programs Specialist reporting into our Clinical team. This clinician will serve as the primary point of contact for managing our clinical support inbox, responding to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients. We’re hiring a Software Architect to play a key role in defining the long-term technical direction of Rula’s platform, ensuring we continue to scale securely and efficiently. You'll work closely with engineering leadership, product, and data teams to evolve our architecture, improve code quality, and guide foundational initiatives. This role will make our frontline—and our customers—unmistakably successful. You’ll own the end‑to‑end performance system: Customer experience agent new‑hire onboarding, ongoing upskilling, and the knowledge engine across multiple audiences and 12+ lines of business. It’s a design, operate, and scale function that reduces time‑to‑proficiency, lifts quality, and increases self‑service capabilities.

We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Associate who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and helping healthcare providers improve the outcomes of their patients. This person will be responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreaching, consulting, and closing providers within the SMB market. The role is crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

Rula is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join their growing team. This person will research payer requirements, EHR payer configuration, create training materials, and drive operational efficiency. The role requires an understanding of revenue cycle management operations and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Shape the backend for Rula’s next generation of products, designing scalable systems in TypeScript and Node.js that power new mobile and patient-facing experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and mobile engineers, while mentoring junior teammates and influencing how we scale our technology, combining technical leadership with mission-driven work to make mental health care more accessible and effective.

Play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-assisted therapy by designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions that directly impact patient care. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Data Engineering, and Application Engineering, to integrate cutting-edge AI into our platform in ways that are ethical, reliable, and impactful.
