• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and experimentation.

• Design and test technical interview questions across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with Content Designers to develop innovative formats leveraging AI tools.
• Mentor junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews and feedback integration.

• Lead a team of seasoned engineers in developing a versatile modular platform for Chainlink.
• Work closely with the product team to outline and plan feature roadmaps and their execution.
• Take initiative to improve the broader engineering organization and processes that influence your team's ability to execute

As part of our team, you will create and maintain foundational libraries for Kotlin core primitives that are used by hundreds of thousands of developers, become an expert in specific domains of computer science and software engineering and participate in creating standard Kotlin tools, specifications and language features.

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering leader to build a new product line from the ground up and lead a small team of product engineers working on AI voice & chat agents. You will work closely with our leadership to get this from 0 to 1 in record time, and integrate seamlessly into Found, our operating system for care. You'll report to the CPTO with a dotted line to the GM for product direction.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers working on our Network as a Service platform. You’ll be responsible for guiding both the development of new features and products, as well as maintaining and improving existing systems. You’re detail-oriented, care deeply about product and excel at coaching developers to think like product owners, ensuring their work aligns with user and business needs.
