Serve as a SharePoint Administrator and Developer for the organization’s Intranet and document management system. Develop SharePoint pages, sites, site collections, custom web parts, Power Apps-based canvas apps and list-based apps, and Power Automate workflows. Troubleshoot issues encountered by end users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into resilient technical designs. Design and build IAM and compliance services. Build transparency and auditability primitives.

• Own Alt’s flagship mobile application and its user-facing product.
• Lead the React Native platform across build systems, deployments, CI/CD, performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Contribute to backend systems as needed and partner closely with product, design, and business to influence what we build.

Serve as the technological leader for a key business unit. Responsible for setting the technical direction. Develop a high-performing, scalable engineering organization.

• Develop web and mobile applications to help customers provide quality patient care.
• Work with QA to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to identify and resolve issues.

• Design and implement smart contracts for the next generation of the Uniswap Protocol.
• Research, apply, and invent new smart contract paradigms.
• Design and implement peripheral mechanisms to the Uniswap protocol.

• Build and evolve Rasa’s core Conversational AI engine, leveraging LLMs.
• Lead architecture decisions and algorithm implementations.
• Collaborate with engineers to build Rasa Pro, enabling developers to build, deploy, and maintain complex AI assistants.

• Write and maintain GraphQL endpoints that connect our UI to internal APIs, enabling key operational features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and test backend services.
• Participate in pair programming, bug fixing, and design discussions to improve service reliability and performance.

• Analyze existing Visual Basic code and identify optimization potential.
• Redevelop the application in React Native or TypeScript.
• Implement scientific calculation logic (formulas).

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex system-level software. Work with WebMethods, COTS Product Suite, Admin and Developer SoftwareAG API GW, API Portal, API Catalog. Utilize experience with web services and JMS.
