As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership and drive meaningful impact across systems and teams. You will help shape and deliver scalable, secure, and cohesive partner-facing platform capabilities. You will focus on improving partner onboarding, integration experiences, and the long-term health of the partner platform.

As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be a key contributor to building and maintaining the fullstack web infrastructure that supports our educational platform. You'll work across the entire technology stack, from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and databases. You'll ensure that teachers, parents, and administrators have powerful, intuitive tools to support young learners.

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, robust backend services, starting from our voice and chat AI applications.
• Integrate 3rd party API integration such as Twilio (voice), WhatsApp, ElevenLabs, OpenAI and others.
• Design, build, maintain, and improve multi-agent orchestration frameworks for AI-powered conversations.

• Lead and develop a team of 9+ engineers across backend, data engineering, and mobile domains.
• Own the technical roadmap for Paid MarTech, prioritizing scaling existing systems and building self-serve tooling for marketing teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and other engineering teams to align priorities, gather requirements, and deliver impactful technical solutions.
