Mitratech is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the billing processes. As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for processing invoices and working closely with other departments to resolve any billing or renewal issues.

The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. They support clients by answering queries and assisting applicants with registration. They will monitor and intervene as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.

The Implementation Specialist participates and contributes to the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s HRC suite. These implementation project activities include requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, operational and data analysis, testing, and go-live support for our clients. The Implementation Specialist plans, researches, and analyzes the business needs of the customer, and then provides recommendations along with the risks and issues involved with each alternative to the client.

This role is focused on M&A integration efforts related to our go-to-market (GTM) teams and strategy. The ideal candidate should understand and thrive in a high-velocity deal environment. You will work collaboratively with teams spanning Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other relevant teams. This team is highly visible and will be heavily relied upon for critical projects and deal closures.
