Mitratech is looking for a Billing Analyst with a positive attitude and a strong dedication to hard work to drive continuous improvement within the billing processes. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for processing invoices and will work closely with other departments to resolve any billings or renewal issues.

Support training coordination efforts by assisting with logistics, tracking, and communication related to required training programs, providing general support to the Enterprise Risk Management team as needed. You will collect necessary information from business users regarding ICs, draft Master Services Agreements (“MSA”) and Statements of Work (“SOW”) to govern IC projects.

Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and motivated Tax Administrative Assistant to join the internal Tax Team within the broader FP&A group. This role supports the Tax Team with administrative tasks, external firm communications, and document management during peak seasons and throughout the year.

The Sec Ops Analyst I is part of the Security Operations (Sec Ops) team and will contribute to organizational audits, internal assessments, information gathering, security questionnaire documentation, compliance suggestions ad client assessments, providing critical information to both the Sec Ops and the Enterprise Risk teams at Mitratech.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality is at the heart of engineering practices, with a bias towards test and tooling automation. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing automated test case solutions for web-based enterprise applications and aid in quick to market strategy.

The Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer will provide the second-line of support to customers, partners and consultants, collaborating closely with a worldwide team of skilled Support Engineers and Developers to rapidly resolve software issues and quickly address customer requests. Technical Support Engineers will have the opportunity to build their technical skills and the ability to learn a wide range of technologies related to Application Servers, Database Servers and Reporting components.
